Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Step-Down Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Auburn, NY. This role is ideal for a seasoned RN with expertise in cardiac and emergency care, providing vital support in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Step-Down RN- Provide post-heart cath care and manage TR bands
- Monitor post-vascular procedures with frequent vital signs and neurovascular checks
- Administer medications and manage cardiac drips
- Conduct cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Manage BiPAP/CPAP and support chest tube procedures
Requirements of the Step-Down RN- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years RECENT Step-Down experience
- Expertise in cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management
- Proficiency in IV start and maintenance, PICC line management
- Experience with emergency medications and procedural sedation
