Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Stepdown for a travel assignment in Fort Wayne, IN. This role requires a professional with a strong background in progressive care settings. The work environment includes working collaboratively within a unit with a 12-bed capacity.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel- Perform drip titration for experienced candidates; otherwise, float to Medsurg/Tele units.
- Collaborate with team to provide care on a unit with a nurse to patient ratio of 3-4:1 in Prog and 4-5:1 in Medsurg.
- Utilize equipment such as EPIC, PYXIS, Philips defibrillator, and Philips Bedside Monitors.
- Attend the Jumpstart program and EPIC training followed by 1-2 days unit orientation.
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel- Indiana RN or compact license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA required
- 1+ year of Stepdown or Med/Tele experience required
- 2 years of PCU or Med/Tele background
- Previous cardiac experience preferred
