1. Position Details

2. Shift and Schedule

• Shift: Night shift
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Weekend Rotation: Required

• Holiday Rotation: Required

   

3. Mandatory Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year of critical care or step-down experience.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

4. Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to patients who meet Medical Step-Down level-of-care requirements.

5. Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree.
• Nursing certification or another professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association.
• 2 years of critical care or step-down experience.

6. Required Licenses and Certifications Before Start

• Active Ohio RN license.
• Current AHA BLS.
• Current AHA ACLS.
