- Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care, assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Perform comprehensive physical, psychological, social, developmental, and discharge assessments.
- Review labs/diagnostics, identify abnormal findings, and communicate changes to physicians and the care team.
- Develop and update individualized plans of care and discharge plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide care according to physician orders, nursing standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate, delegate, and supervise care provided by licensed and non-licensed staff as appropriate.
- Provide patient/family education and evaluate response to treatment and progress toward goals.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, shared leadership, precepting, and mentoring as applicable.
- Requirements: Current RN license/compact license and BLS.
- Travel/Registry: Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience, including RN experience in the applicable specialty within the past 12 months.
- Preferred: BSN and relevant professional certification.
