**Job Description:**
- Embrace your nursing skills in a dynamic Cardiac Stepdown Unit!
- **Position Details:**
- Role: RN
- Specialty: Step Down
- Openings: 2
- Shift: Days, 3 x 12
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Weekend Hours: Rotating every other week
- Float Requirements: As needed
- **Licensure & Certifications:**
- Required: Current RN License eligible for Missouri
- Required: BLS, ACLS
- **Experience:**
- Must Have: 1+ years of stepdown experience
- **Unit Information:**
- Type of Patients: Neuro Medical Surgical
- EMR: EPIC
- **Team Fit:**
- Personality: Team player, versatile, flexible, excellent communication skills, and enjoys collaborating with others.
- **Dress Code:**
- Scrub Color: Black
- Unacceptable Attire: Anything other than black scrubs
- **Additional Responsibilities:**
- Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Maintain professional accountability for patient care
- Evaluate overall effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers
- Coordinate patient care with other departments
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
- Perform duties consistent with our mission and values
