• Minimum Experience: 2 years critical care
• Certifications Required: BLS/BCLS, ACLS
• Floating: Required

  • Surgical cases of all types
  • Medical cases of all types
  • Occasional neuro patients
• Common Equipment:
  • Bladder scanners
  • IV pumps
  • PCA pumps
  • SCDs
  • BiPAPs
  • CPAPs
  • OptiFlows
  • Vapotherms
  • AirVOs
• Vasoactive Drip Titration:
  • Neosynephrine
  • Amiodarone
  • Cardizem
• Nurse Patient Ratio: 1:03 (not guaranteed)
• Line Management Skills:
  • Required: IV Insertion, PICC/Central Line Management, Vascular Device Access/Care, Dialysis Fistula Care/Management, A-Line Management
  • Preferred: CVP
• Cardiac Skills:
  • Preferred: Obtain 12 Lead EKG, Sheath Removal, Cardioversion/Defibrillation
• Airway Skills:
