TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Stepdown RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210!

Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week, every other weekend required. Float within the health system as needed. Call coverage required.

  • Progressive Care Unit with adult patient population (daily census 25-32 patients)
  • Mixed acuity level with various medical diagnoses and pre/post-surgical patients
  • Epic charting system utilized throughout facility
  • 36-hour orientation provided to support your transition
  • First-time travelers welcome with at least 1 year of experience (manager review required)
  • Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Progressive Care Unit or Step-Down nursing experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Valid Compact or Ohio RN license in hand at time of application
  • Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR system required

  • Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccination not required
  • Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing
