Start Date: October 5, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: 36 hours per week, rotating day/night shifts every 4 weeks (same shift for 4 consecutive weeks, then rotate to opposite shift). Every other weekend required (Friday & Saturday).

- 32 hours of orientation provided
- 44-bed unit with daily census of approximately 34 patients
- Float opportunities within the hospital system to expand clinical experience
Requirements:
- Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience in specialty area
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Previous telemetry and cardiac monitoring experience mandatory
- Strong dysrhythmia interpretation skills
- Experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drips
- Proficiency in isolation precautions, IV management, and peripheral line care
- Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- 2 professional references required (at least 1 from manager/director or formal leadership)
- Willingness to float to different units within the organization as needed
- Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing
