Key Responsibilities • Monitor and interpret continuous cardiac telemetry and notify providers of significant rhythm changes • Perform frequent neurological, hemodynamic, and respiratory assessments on intermediate-acuity patients • Administer vasoactive drips, IV medications, and titrate therapies per physician orders and unit protocols • Manage patients with chest tubes, arterial lines, and other intermediate-care invasive devices • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and case managers to coordinate patient care • Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and discharge planning • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic health record ✅ Requirements • Active OH or Compact RN license • BLS, ACLS certifications • 1+ years of Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) experience • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program Pay Pay range: $2,232 to $2,347 per week. Travel Stepdown RN package: up to $2,347/week (36 hours) = $32/hour taxable + up to $1,195/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules. Local package: $62/hour fully taxable ($2,232/week for 36 hours). Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.
