**Exciting Opportunity for Night Shift RN - Flex Pool**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic team as a Flex RN, where you'll make a meaningful impact on patient care across various medical and surgical units.
- **Shift Details:**
- 12-hour night shifts (1845-0715)
- Scheduled for 36 hours per week after the first week of orientation
- *Note: No guarantee of hours*
- **Experience Required:**
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- **Certifications Needed:**
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- *Preferred certifications: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC*
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Float between various medical and surgical units, providing excellent care where it's needed most.
- **Equipment Utilized:**
- Meditech EMR
- Pyxis
- Wound vac
- Chest tubes
- **Unit Details:**
- Medical Unit: 77 beds
- Laulima (Surgical Acute) Unit: 18 beds
- Cardiovascular Unit: 15 beds
- **Nurse to Patient Ratios:**
- Medical: 1:6 for days and eves; 1:8 for nights
- Laulima: 1:6
- Cardiovascular: 1:4
- *Note: Ratios may vary due to unexpected leaves*
- **Dress Code:**
- Professional nursing attire - clean scrubs
- **Orientation and Training:**
- Comprehensive orientation time provided for each unit
- **Holiday Coverage:**
- Required
