Title: Stepdown Registered Nurse
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Duration: 13 Weeks / Offering up to 26 weeks, please note preference Shift: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30
Will consider 36 or 48s, please highlight preference ONC experience is a plus Job Description:- GMU is a step down unit that cares for step down/ med surg patients
- Call: None
- Weekend: Will work every other weekend.
- Floating: other med surg areas, including AU and ER, to care for med surg patients
- Nurse to Patient Ratio -1:5
-Block scheduling cannot be accommodated.
-Must be available first two weeks of assignment.
-Any RTO requests after offer will need to be discussed with the manager on site.
Equipment - Welch Allyn Vital sign towers, sigma IV pumps, EPIC for documentation
2 Years PCU/Stepdown Experience
Starting IVs required
Chemotherapy Administration preferred
Required Certs:- Michigan RN License
- BLS (AHA)
- NIH
