**Exciting Opportunity: MedSurg Stepdown RN Position!**
**Job Description:**
- Location: North Knoxville
- Shift: 7AM-7PM
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 bi-weekly
**Key Details:**
- No 48-hour guarantee
- No block scheduling
- No floating to other units
- No call required
**Qualifications:**
- Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIH
- TN RN License
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
**Role Responsibilities:**
- Provide total patient care in a dynamic environment
**Patient Care:**
- Patient Ratio: 5:1, sometimes 6:1
- Number of Beds in Unit: 28
**Additional Information:**
- RTO Blackout Dates: Holidays required, can discuss
- Dress Code/Scrubs: Royal blue
- EMR System: Cerner
- Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility
