Schedule: 3:1 patient ratio across all shifts; weekend rotation every 2 weeks; 72-hour orientation provided

- Progressive Care/Telemetry unit with 24 beds and daily census of 15 adult patients
- Epic EMR system exclusively utilized throughout facility
- 13-week assignment with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams
- Consistent 3:1 patient ratios maintained on days, nights, and weekends
- Pre-assignment modules are reimbursable up to 16 hours
- One pre-approved time off period available during contract
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Progressive Care or Telemetry nursing experience required
- Active RN license in good standing
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers not eligible
- Experience with 5:1 patient ratios or lower
- Charge nurse experience preferred
- Community hospital, LTAC, and trauma center experience preferred
- Flu vaccination required with no exemptions; COVID-19 vaccination not required
- Proficiency in cardiac telemetry, arterial line management, blood product administration, central line care, chest tube management, vasoactive drip management, and ventilated patient care
