We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Care/Step-Down Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for a diverse patient population, including high-risk respiratory patients, cardiac/thoracic surgery patients, hepatobiliary surgery patients, and head & neck surgery patients . Nurses must be comfortable managing varying levels of respiratory support, from room air to BiPAP and Optiflow .

Travel RN – Intermediate/Step Down (Pulmonary Thoracic)

Unit: 648A Pulmonary Thoracic – RN Intermediate/Step Down
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (varies)
Setting: Acute Care Intermediate/Step-Down Unit

• Cardiac & Thoracic Surgery Recovery
• Hepatobiliary Surgical Patients
• Head & Neck Surgical Patients
• BiPAP and Optiflow Management
• Telemetry Monitoring
• High-Acuity Medical-Surgical Patients

• No local candidates within 50 miles
• Ability to work with a variety of complex patient populations
• Strong critical thinking and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
