Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Montour Falls, New York.
Job Summary:
- Provide direct patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (nurses, therapists, physicians).
- Monitor and document resident health status and progress.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Educate residents and their families on care plans and health maintenance.
Med Ninjas Job ID #17199. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
