Thisis a 3-unit, 120 bed facility. Each unit has 40 residents max. Each unithas an RN manager.Thisposition is a 40 hr/5 evening per week position. The hours are 1500 to2330.Staffingratios for this shift are 1 RN - 2 LPN - 3-4 CNA for 40 residents. Typicalorientation period will be 1 day on the assigned unit.Scrubsof any color may be worn by the employee
