ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our surgical intensive care unit.

Position Details

• Schedule: 36 hours with day/night rotating shifts, including every other weekend
• Shifts are 12 hours long
• Start date: ASAP, with a 4-week compliance period
• Orientation is conducted weekly, every Monday (excluding holidays)

Unit Information

The surgical intensive care unit is an 8-bed facility that provides care for a range of surgical patients, including those undergoing transplant, hepatobiliary, and general surgery procedures. Nurse-to-patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related work experience in a similar role
• Require CPR and ACLS certification (AHA)
• Must have prior experience in a surgical intensive care unit, as well as trauma experience (Level 1 trauma experience is essential)
• Epic experience is mandatory
• Travelers must not reside within 50 miles of the facility

Additional Information

Travelers who have worked as permanent staff in the last six months will not be accepted. Parking may cost up to $43 per day.
