Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation

Position Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Rehabilitation will provide high-quality care to patients in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role requires a compassionate nurse dedicated to assisting patients in their recovery journey, ensuring safety, comfort, and a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor and document patients' progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health management and rehabilitation processes.
Adhere to established protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and effective clinical environment.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or similar setting.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
