Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care while ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients during their recovery process.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on care plans and rehabilitation processes.
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with all healthcare team members.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
