Job Summary:
This position is for a Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor Nurse working in a healthcare facility located in Boston, Massachusetts. The role involves providing specialized nursing care on a busy acute Brain Injury unit, with a focus on patient recovery and rehabilitation. The position requires flexibility to work night shifts every third weekend, supporting patient needs during peak operational hours.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 1 year of experience in medical-surgical rehabilitation nursing, previous experience on an acute Brain Injury unit, current certification(s) as applicable, and ability to work night shift.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system experience.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: The role involves providing direct patient care, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. Candidates must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong clinical skills.
