Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Rehabilitation Nurse

Join our dedicated team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, where your skills and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. We are looking for motivated and caring professionals to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Position Details

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Shifts: As listed in the job order
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 1.5 years of rehabilitation nursing experience
  • First-Time Travelers: Accepted
  • Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
  • Certifications Required: Current CPR certification; ACLS preferred and required for Charge Nurse role
  • On-Call Requirements: Not applicable
  • Floating Requirements: Not applicable
  • Local Candidates: Accepted
  • Pending License: Must provide proof of license at time of submission

Time Off and Availability

  • Requests for time off (RTO) will only be approved at the time of submission
  • Cannot request every holiday off
  • All call-outs must be given with ample notice, more than 24 hours in advance

Special Requirements

  • This position involves working in inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, not nursing homes or long-term acute care
  • Seeking individuals who are proactive, motivated, and genuinely care about patient well-being
  • Patients typically have an average stay of 14 days
