Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Rehab Inpatient team. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care planning. You will provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing staff and other members of the patient care team to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Your responsibilities will include creating systems to deliver care to diverse patient populations, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Shift Details

  • 12 Hour Night Shifts
  • 36 hours per week guaranteed
  • Some weekends and possible holidays may be required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Rehabilitation experience (required)
  • Inpatient Rehab experience (required)
  • Current certifications: BLS and NIH (May consider candidates in the process of obtaining)
  • Active Oklahoma State License (required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized nursing care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
