Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Greenville, South Carolina.
Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Rehabilitation nursing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with patients recovering from various conditions, including spinal cord injuries, amputations, traumatic brain injuries, and strokes. Our facility is one of the few in South Carolina accredited for specialized rehabilitation services, providing comprehensive therapy for patients needing intensive recovery support.
The rehabilitation nursing unit is structured across two floors, featuring 29 beds on the 2nd floor and 19 beds on the 3rd floor. Our patients participate in intensive therapy regimens, requiring a minimum of 3 hours of therapy per day to qualify for our programs. The team operates within a large health system, ensuring quick access to comprehensive services, including emergency response teams.
This role requires a commitment to night shifts, specifically a 3x12-hour schedule, with occasional weekend coverage based on department needs.
