Job Details
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, beginning on 09/07/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, willingness to learn rehabilitation patient mobilization skills, willingness to complete rehabilitation-specific documentation (real-time training resource provided), good attention to detail, and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in inpatient hospital settings such as medical-surgical, stepdown critical care, or inpatient rehabilitation.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neurological, cardiac, and/or orthopedic adult patient populations, inpatient (acute) rehabilitation, or long-term acute care nursing.
- Procedures performed on unit: Indwelling and straight urinary catheterizations, peripheral IV insertions, blood administration, central line dressing changes, wound dressing changes as ordered, surgical drain removal, suture/staple removal, and other medical-surgical nursing procedures.
- Dress code: RN required to wear royal blue tops and pants in good condition, without fading or facility logos; scrub caps must be logo-free.
- Unit guidelines/policies: Floats to medical-surgical units in rotation with unit staff.
- Additional information: Position involves working in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation environment with an emphasis on osteoarthritic, neurological, and orthopedic care.
