    Job Description:Industry: Healthcare / Health Services - Therapy / Rehab ServicesJob Category: Medical / Health POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a leading center-based autism therapy provider in Warner Robins, GA. This position is responsible for conducting comprehensive behavior assessments, designing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans, and leading clinical care delivery for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental conditions. The BCBA supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), oversees program execution, and provides empowering parent training to foster meaningful developmental progress.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Behavioral Assessments: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and preference assessments to establish baseline metrics and treatment goals. Treatment Plan Development: Formulate, evaluate, and update individualized ABA treatment programs, behavior reduction plans, and skill acquisition protocols. Clinical Supervision & Mentorship: Provide ongoing clinical oversight, training, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to maintain treatment fidelity. Parent & Caregiver Training: Design and deliver structured family training programs to support skill generalization across home and community settings. Progress Monitoring & Compliance: Analyze data using ABA software platforms, modify protocols based on clinical outcomes, and ensure adherence to ethical, insurance, and HIPAA standards.
