Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 16-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit serving an adult population
• Maintain a patient ratio of 6:1, delivering rehabilitation-focused nursing interventions
• Utilize the Pinpoint EHR system for accurate and timely documentation
• Float as needed to Neuro/Ortho/Peds, Med/Surg, and Cardiac units
• Apply basic Med/Surg skills in support of common rehabilitation diagnoses and treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Michigan
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Basic Med/Surg skills required
• No call requirements for this position
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with neurological, orthopedic, or cardiac patient populations
• Experience floating across multiple unit types within an acute care environment
