Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend required | No call requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to inpatient rehabilitation patients on a 22-bed acute rehabilitation unit
• Manage a patient assignment of up to 6 patients per shift, serving a population of individuals aged 15 and older
• Support patients recovering from stroke, motor vehicle accidents, debility, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• Document patient care and progress accurately using EPIC EHR
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to deliver individualized, patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Wisconsin
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in rehabilitation nursing
• Proficiency with EPIC EHR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
• Familiarity with common rehabilitation diagnoses including stroke, MVA, and debility
• Experience caring for patients aged 15 and older across a range of rehabilitation needs
