**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide professional nursing care in the Rehab unit and float to Med/Surg as needed.
- Deliver comprehensive clinical documentation, including care plans each shift.
- Foster communication for safe care through bedside shift reports and multidisciplinary rounds.
- Stay compliant with unit-specific competencies and complete all net learning modules on time.
- Promote a positive culture while ensuring a safe environment for all.
- Participate in daily safety huddles and improve patient outcomes through quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with your nursing team and serve as a preceptor for new nurses.
- Manage patient educational materials to ensure cultural competence.
- Engage in employee feedback processes and demonstrate commitment to your colleagues.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
- Current New Hampshire RN license and required certifications (BLS/BCLS, ACLS).
- Basic Dysrhythmia knowledge preferred or to be obtained before orientation completion.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or to be obtained before orientation completion.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program is preferred.
