Join a state-of-the-art, 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to transforming lives! We are searching for a passionate RN - Rehab to be part of a dynamic team focused on recovery and rehabilitation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses.
- Implement customized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maximize patient health and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as needed.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery processes.
**Qualifications:**
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Current RN license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work on Christmas.
