**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Night Shift RN at HSHS Rehabilitation Hospital!**

**Position Details:**
- **Title:** Travel RN (Nights)
- **Unit:** Rehab IRF Nursing
- **Shift:** 7 PM to 7 AM
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Hours:** Every other weekend
- **Call Requirements:** None
- **Patient Population:** 15 years and older
- **Patient Ratios:** 6 patients per RN
- **Supervisor:** Morgan Marcott
- **Equipment:** EPIC EHR
**What You'll Do:**
- Provide exceptional, individualized rehabilitation nursing care to patients recovering from various conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient health and quality of life.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
- Engage with patients and their families to promote a supportive and healing environment.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:**
- 1+ year of experience in rehab nursing
- **Preferred Skillset/Experience:**
- Familiarity with common diagnoses/treatments such as stroke, motor vehicle accidents, and debility.
- **Required Certifications:** BLS
- **Education:** Nursing degree from an accredited program
**First Day Instructions:**
- **Scrub Color:** Solid Navy Blue Scrubs
- **Time to Report:** 8:00 AM for onboarding and training

- **Parking:** Available in the parking lot on the backside of the hospital; backdoor is locked to staff.
