Must-Have:
- Experience with trauma, burns, transplants, and LVAD
- Proficient in managing disability and stroke patients
- Skilled in administering breathing treatments, chest tubes, and CPAP/BiPAP
- Competent in tracheostomy care, Impella, drains, feeding tubes, and fistulas
- Ability to work with PICC lines, central lines, and ports
- Knowledge of wound vacs, bone marrow transplants, general care, hematology, and oncology
- Familiar with antiseizure protocols and administration of insulin and heparin
Description:
Provide high-quality care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
Manage patients with traumatic brain injuries, burns, and those requiring transplants.
Monitor and care for individuals with LVAD and other advanced medical devices.
Administer respiratory support through CPAP/BiPAP and chest tube management.
Conduct tracheostomy care and manage complex feeding needs through tubes and fistulas.
Oversee vascular access through PICC lines, central lines, and ports.
Utilize wound vac technology in patient treatment plans.
Deliver care focused on hematology and oncology specialties.
Implement protocols for antiseizure medication as well as insulin and heparin administration.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Practice in a patient-centered environment that promotes recovery and rehabilitation.
