The focus is to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Nurses are expected to assist Nursing Assistants and respond to call lights for patient safety. The patient-to-nurse ratio is typically 1:7. Equipment utilized includes mobility aids, vital machines, EKG machines, and electronic health record systems. Staff members are required to adhere to attendance policies and are mandated to take breaks during shifts. Orientation and training will be conducted to prepare staff for their roles.
