Schedule / Job TypeContract | Evening Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) | Every Other Weekend | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within an inpatient rehabilitation setting during evening shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for rehabilitation patients
- Document patient information and clinical notes accurately using Epic electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to support patient recovery goals
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition during the evening shift
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency with Epic electronic medical record system
- Ability to work evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) including every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation nursing
- Familiarity with rehabilitation care protocols and interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced inpatient environment
