Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a busy acute Brain Injury unit during night shift hours
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients with brain injuries
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to support patient recovery and goal achievement
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
Rotate weekend coverage every third weekend as part of scheduled assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
Proficiency with Epic EMR is required
Ability to work night shifts with every third weekend rotation
Experience in an acute care or rehabilitation nursing setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in brain injury, neurological, or acute rehabilitation nursing
Familiarity with rehabilitation-focused care models and interdisciplinary team collaboration
BLS/ACLS certification
