**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Rehabilitation
- **Shift:** 7PM - 7:30AM
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours
- **Weekend Requirement:** Every other weekend
- **Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:** 1:6-7
- **Patient Population Includes:**
- Stroke
- Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI)
- Post-Orthopedic Surgeries
- Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVAs)

- Joint Commission Certified with specialty Stroke and Brain Injury Certification
- CARF Certified, ensuring the highest quality of care
**Unit Information:**
- **Beds:** 59
- **Tech Ratio:** 1:12
- **Equipment:** Hoyer Lifts, Glucometer, INR Machine
- **Electronic Health Records (EHR):** Epic
**Must-Have Skills/Experience:**
- Compassionate patient care
- Valid PA nursing license or accepted license from a compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
**Preferred Skills/Experience:**
- Experience in Rehabilitation or Acute Care
**Common Diagnoses/Treatments:**
- Debility
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA)
