Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation- Deliver comprehensive post-acute care, primarily in a rehabilitation setting
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and monitor recovery progress
- Work closely with caregivers and families to support patient needs
- Utilize equipment including IV pumps, specialty beds, and feeding pumps
- Maintain thorough documentation using the Meditech system
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation- Current RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in medical-surgical or rehabilitation nursing preferred
