**Join Our Dynamic Rehabilitation Team as a Travel RN!**
**Job Description:**
- **Exciting Opportunity**: Step into a role where your nursing skills make a difference in the lives of patients recovering from significant health challenges.
- **Position Type**: Travel RN - Rehabilitation
- **Schedule**: 7AM - 7PM, with a commitment of 36 hours per week
- **Weekend Commitment**: Every other weekend (Monday to Friday)
- **Patient Care**: Work with a diverse patient population, including adults recovering from:
- Strokes
- Brain injuries
- Amputations
- Multi-trauma cases
- Hip fractures
- Spinal cord injuries
- Cardiac conditions
- **Team Environment**: Join a transdisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing patient care—collaboration is key!
- **Unit Details**:
- Bed Capacity: 14-28
- Patient Ratios: 6:1 RN; 7:1 LPN
- Equipment: Cerner, Omnicell
- EHR experience required: Must have experience with Cerner
- **Qualifications**:
- Required: RN license, BLS certification, and a minimum of 1 year of rehabilitation or medical-surgical experience (no new grads)
- Preferred: Robust experience in a rehabilitation setting
- **First Day Instructions**:
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- Time to Report: 6:45 AM or 6:45 PM
- Check in with: Stephanie Lilly, Nurse Manager
- Parking: Available at the back or side of the building
