**Join Our Dynamic Inpatient Rehab Team!**
**Job Description:**
- **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- **Unit:** Inpatient Rehab
- **Location:** Main 4E
- **Number of Beds:** 35
- **Patient Ratios:** 5-7 patients to 1 nurse
- **Unit Staffing:**
- Techs per census, typically 2-4 available
- **Type of Equipment:**
- Vitals machines, Baxter IV pumps, SCDs, bladder scanners
- **Documentation System:** Meditech
- **Scheduling Requirements:**
- 12-hour shifts
- Every other weekend
- **Floating Policy:** May float to other Med Surg departments
- **Patient Experience Requirements:** Rehab experience preferred
**Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have:**
- Rehab experience
- BLS certification
- Valid Virginia nursing license
- **Preferred:**
- Med Surg experience
- **Advanced Skills Needed:** None specified
**Procedures Performed on Unit:**
- Medication administration including IVs, PICC, PEG tube administration
- Bladder scans and trach care
- Tube feeding, Foley catheterization, and bladder irrigation
- Blood administration
**Dress Code:**
- Navy blue or white solid scrubs
