Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within a 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation setting serving patients 16 years and older
- Support recovery for patients experiencing stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
- Deliver individualized, intensive rehabilitation care tailored to each patient's needs throughout their recovery journey
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:7 while ensuring high-quality, safe care during night shift hours
- Document patient care and progress using the Pinpoint EHR system
- Coordinate with the charge nurse and interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Projected start date: August 31, 2026
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a rehabilitation nursing setting
- Familiarity with common rehab diagnoses including stroke, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic conditions
- Experience with Pinpoint or similar EHR platforms
