**Join Our Team as a Rehabilitation RN - Night Shift!**
**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN)
- **Shift:** Night Shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours
- **Weekend Requirements:** Every other weekend rotation
- **Call Requirements:** Notify as soon as possible, or at least 3 hours before shift starts
- **Patient Population:** Rehabilitation patients (Focus on stroke, amputations, medical-surgical cases)
- **Number of Beds:** 40
- **Electronic Health Record (EHR):** Epic
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to rehabilitation patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and provide education to patients and families
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients
**Must-Have Skills/Experience:**
- Experience in rehabilitation and medical-surgical nursing
- Proficiency in handling patients with diverse diagnoses
- Strong customer service skills
**Education Requirements:**
- High School diploma
- Current RN licensure
**First Day Instructions:**
