Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to rehabilitation patients during night shift hours
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans within a rehabilitation setting
Document patient information and care accurately using Cerner OneChart EHR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to support patient recovery and functional goals
Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Kansas or a compact state license
Proficiency with Cerner OneChart or willingness to learn
Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend
Compliance with facility dress code: ceil blue scrubs required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a rehabilitation nursing environment
Familiarity with Cerner OneChart EHR system
Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills in a rehab or acute care setting
