TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Rehab RN in Lima, Ohio, 45804!

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Rehabilitation – Ohio

Start Date: October 20, 2026

Location: Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time position with every 3rd weekend rotation; no on-call requirements; must demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes as needed

Highlights:

  • Inpatient Rehabilitation unit providing comprehensive care to patients in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment
  • Opportunity to utilize the nursing process across all phases: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation using age-specific criteria
  • Work with an experienced team including LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries in a supportive care setting
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system in place to support efficient documentation and patient care coordination
  • Patient and family education focus with emphasis on discharge planning and continuity of care
  • Float responsibilities within skill level to support system-wide patient care needs

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or valid Compact State license
  • Minimum 2 years of Inpatient Rehabilitation RN experience required
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current skills checklist pertinent to Inpatient Rehabilitation specialty (within 1 year)
  • Demonstrated EMR and basic computer proficiency
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to exhibit patience and tact with physicians, patients, and team members
  • Strong collaborative and cooperative approach with ability to work efficiently in stressful situations
  • Ability to apply healthcare principles and use independent clinical judgment
