Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend required. 5:1 patient ratio across all shifts.

• Includes 3 high-acuity rehab beds with telemetry monitoring
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Modern equipment with lift equipment in every room and stand assist machines available
• 36 hours of orientation provided to ensure smooth transition
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of nursing experience

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Experience with acute rehab, stroke care, telemetry monitoring, and IV therapy strongly preferred
• Competency in wound care, tracheostomy management, feeding tube care, and central line management
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon acceptance
• 2 professional references required (at least one from a manager or director)
• Willingness to float to different units within the organization as needed
