- **Unit Name:** Inpatient Rehab

**Unit Specifics:**
- **Number of Beds:** 30 (two 15 bed units)
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:5
- **Unit Staffing Description:** PCT available when census is 9 or above; no unit secretary
- **Type of Equipment:** Gait belts, patient alarms, patient lifts
- **Documentation System:** Meditech
- **Scheduling Requirements:** Three 12-hr shifts, rotating weekends
- **On Call Requirements:** None
- **Floating Policy:** Agency floats first
- **Patient Experience Requirements:**
**Hospital Specifics:**
- **Certifications:** BLS required
- **Dress Code:** Navy blue scrub top with navy blue or black bottoms
**Hiring Profile:**
- **Requested Skill Set:** Med/surg experience; rehab experience is a plus
