Key Responsibilities of the RN - Rehabilitation

• Provide comprehensive care to rehabilitation and med/surg patients
• Assist in wound care and patient transfers
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care
• Utilize EMR systems effectively for patient documentation
• Float between Spalding campuses as needed

Requirements of the RN - Rehabilitation

• Minimum 1-year current acute care experience as a Rehab or M/S RN
• BLS certification
• Prior experience with rehab patient population preferred
• IV and blood draw skills are advantageous
