# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Rehabilitation – Texas
Start Date: October 19, 2026
Location: Conroe, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Every other weekend required; no on-call. Day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, 2 PCTs, therapy staff, and case manager. Night shift includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 PCTs. Patient ratio 1:6.
Highlights:- 24-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit focused on helping patients regain independence
- Collaborative environment working closely with PT/OT/ST departments providing 3 hours of therapy daily per patient
- EMR system: Expanse
- Patients may receive dialysis, blood administration, IVP medications, and remote telemetry monitoring
- Float to Med/Surg or Med/Surg Telemetry units as needed
- Royal blue scrubs required
Requirements:- Active RN license in Texas
- Minimum one year inpatient or rehabilitation experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Completion of cardiac arrhythmia review test required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Medical/Telemetry or higher acuity experience preferred
