Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 32-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit serving geriatric and adult populations
• Manage and administer IVs and blood transfusions in accordance with facility protocols
• Perform wound care assessments and treatments as part of the patient care plan
• Care for patients with common diagnoses including strokes, multiple trauma, and orthopedic/neurological conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting within the facility's electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Proficiency in IV therapy and blood transfusion administration
• Wound care experience required
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation nursing setting preferred
• Familiarity with stroke, orthopedic, and neurological patient populations
• Experience working with geriatric and adult patient populations
