Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week; approximately 4 weekend shifts within each 6-week period (every 5th or 6th weekend)
Highlights:
- Work in a CARF-accredited, 10-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit serving diverse patient populations
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals
- Treat patients with neurological diagnoses including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord dysfunction, amputations, orthopedic fractures, and major traumas
- Support patients receiving a minimum of 3 hours of combined therapy services daily
- Local and first-time travelers welcome; competitive compensation for all candidates
- 13-week assignment with opportunity for extension
Requirements:
- Active North Carolina or compact state RN license (or pending with confirmed ETA)
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience required; additional experience preferred
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
- Quality Indicator (QI) credentialing required
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Ability to complete required lab work within 72 hours of contract signing
- Professional references required
