Description:
This position involves working night shifts, specifically 3x12 hours.
The role requires weekend coverage, approximately every other weekend, though this may vary based on need.
The medication system used is Omnicell.
Patients treated may have diagnoses such as spinal cord injury, amputees, traumatic brain injuries, and strokes.
The unit is one of the few accredited rehabilitation hospitals in the state.
Patients are required to complete 3 hours of therapy per day to qualify for the program.
The unit has 48 beds, divided between two floors.
Staff have rapid access to necessary services, including rapid response teams.
Special equipment used includes ARJO lift devices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation.
Additional experience with patient management and care procedures is preferred.
