Description:
This is a travel assignment for a Registered Nurse specializing in rehabilitation.
The unit has 42 beds and is staffed by a mix of experienced and new graduate nurses.
Typical staff on the night shift includes one charge nurse and three to five registered nurses, along with two patient care technicians.
Patient ratios are approximately 6:1.
The electronic medical record system used is Meditech.
Candidates must exhibit flexibility and compassion, acting as advocates for patients.
Experience with wound care and patient transfers is necessary.
The environment is characterized by consistent technical support and an engaged, team-oriented staff.
